Today is the first day of the rest of my life. And I must say, I want the rest of my life to be a little bit skinnier. Recently I have discovered I've been lying to myself for years. My life style is not all that healthy, I've never been an active person, and it needs to stop.
This spring/summer is the time that I wanna look back and see that I changed my life and the life of my kids. I'm a fat kid of fat parents and I want to stop the cycle. So for Gibson(and for myself) I have devised a work out plan that I hope will help.
In the past the problem with working out for me is how bored I get! Every day doing the same old thing. Over and over and over and all I can think is am I really going to do THIS for the rest of my life? Hell no. So I'm going to try a new work out every month. Most of the workout plans you see out there are made for one month periods anyway so this seems like the easier path.
With my discover of Pinterest last year my guilt of not working out increased. You see all the pins of "The easiest work out ever!" or what have you and all couldn't help but think, "Why cant I do that". You might ask yourself why I would put this out in public, for people to see my failures(cause I'm sure there will be some). Because, I say, people will also see my successes. Also it will hold me accountable for doing these and letting you know what I think.
